Lux Witch LLC accepts MasterCard and Visa payments.

*If you do a chargeback on your credit card or PayPal account a $25.00 fee will be applied to the amount due. If payment is not remitted promptly you will be sent to collections. No orders will be shipped when the account is past due.

Retail Customers: When any item is put on backorder at Lux Witch LLC, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However, if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.

Contact us at sales@luxwitch.COM with the following information: Invoice number, Was the item checked off on the invoice/packing slip, if damaged please include a picture(please no zip files).  Report any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days of receipt of the order so we can help rectify and resend or credit your account.

All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an approved return # provided via email. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise made with Lux Witch LLC.

Lux Witch LLC only accepts returned items that are damaged or missing item. Oils and herbs that have been opened are non-returnable. If oil is broken or damaged, return the bottle in an enclosed bag (ziplock). Oils transferred into plastic containers are NOT in returnable condition and will not be accepted. Discontinued items are non-returnable. 

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Returns over 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee if a return is approved.

Due to the increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of Lux Witch LLC and needs to be communicated with Lux Witch LLC and approved by Lux Witch LLC.

Lux Witch LLC ships via the US postal service, FedEx, and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

An additional $21.00 charge will be applied for a change of address, or location change after the order ships (per box).

If you see a charge of $2.50 or $3.00 as your estimated shipping cost there is something wrong with the method selected, it could be the weight, an address format or an upload is in progress. This is not the actual shipping cost. Please email us with your order confirmation to confirm your shipping charges.

When shipping with UPS or FEDEX an additional fee may be added to your order as an XDAS code. This fee is charged by UPS & FEDEX if your zip code for your shipping address is registered as being in an extended or remote area. This currently is not automated through the online checkout and will be added after you place your order.

Lux Witch LLC is required to charge Kentucky sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Kentucky. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information, etc., please let us know so we can correct them. We have the right to correct the price charged upon notification to the buyer for the option to continue the purchase or process a refund a which the order will be canceled.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up-to-date. Be sure to keep an eye on the "New Items" category of our website, as we constantly bring in new items to replace those we have discontinued.

Lux Witch LLC does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. FedEx and UPS have their brokerage fees that we do not control. These fees are billed in addition to any duty and tax.

All items sold and distributed by Lux Witch LLC are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
